Dr. Barry Shomali is a licensed Optometrist and has been practicing since 1991. He graduated from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, as a member of Beta Sigma Kappa the International Optometric Honor Society.
Dr. Shomali specializes in primary eye care for families, including contact lenses, pre & post operative surgical co-management care of Cataracts and Refractive Surgery including LASIK.
Dr. Shomali is a clerkship faculty member of The New England College of Optometry. This teaching position allows him to provide doctors in training with real life hands on patient care training in the field.
He is also a member in good standing in The American Optometric Association and The Massachusetts Society of Optometry.
When he is not taking care of his own patients or teaching the next generation of doctors, you can find Barry spending time with his wife and 2 children or, on a good day, still playing soccer for his hometown team.
